Why “C” Is The Default Drive On Your Computer

It was difficult to have a personal computer long ago. Working with a computer was such a deluxe that could not possibly be purchased. But, in today’s world, the creators thought that the number of computer owners increased significantly. And have you checked out? Now a days this is the most important machine.

Hard disk drives changed from 1980 to standard. Prior to this, hard disk drives, floppy disk drives were used as storage devices. Floppy disk drives were the first storage devices. They came into being from the 1960s The floppy disk was available in two sizes 5 1/4 “and 3 1/2”. Those two floppy disk drives were labeled as Local Disk (A) and Local Disk (B).
After the hard disk innovation, the size 8-inch floppy disk was introduced. Currently, floppy disk drive and floppy disk drive changed floppy disk. The only reason behind the labeling of the hard drive. As a result, in addition to the default drive (C) labeled as D, E etc. drive DVD drive and USB drive are labeled as F, G and further.
Still, “C” drive is available as standard, if you’ve got administrative rights then you can turn it into A or B. If you attach too many drives and all letters until you assign to Z, then if any other drive letter is not free to assign, the next drive you connect will not be shown in Windows OS.
