You can use it to leave the app and stop services. If you have an app that is stuck or is not responding, Open the task manager and use it to force stop the app. as simple as that.
How to Run Apps From The Task Manager
if you want to run any apps from the task manager, first you need to know what the app’s EXE is called. to run Notepad, you should know that the EXE is called notepad.exe. But If you enter something like windows notepad.exe, it will return an error message.
Open the Task Manager, then go to File > Run New Task for any reason If you cannot open Task Manager, open the Run box with Win + R keyboard shortcut and type taskmgr or press Ctrl + alt + delete to open task manager.
A small window named “Create New task” will open. Enter the name of the EXE that you want to run or use the browse button to manually browse the exe file. either You can choose a shortcut on your desktop or you can go to your C drive and find for the app’s EXE under both program files and program files (x86) folders.
once you find your exe file click OK. if you want to run an app with admin rights via task manager, select this checkbox create this task with administrative privileges.
